Ämnesomsättning är bullshit. Det gäller bara kring 300~ kalorier. Äter du mycket och rör dig inget så går du upp. De flesta som är smala och har svårt att gå upp (jag från 2011-2014) är det för de äter för lite (mindre än vad de tror) eller rör sig för mycket. Kort sagt obalans i kost/träning vågen. Bara att äta mer.
